Juan Jimenez Santana is the Head of Policy of Neo Asteri, where he supports strategic research, policy dialogue, and stakeholder engagement across the space, technology, and security ecosystem. He brings over 15 years of experience in governance, technology operations, transformation, and senior leadership enablement across Virgin Media O2, Telefónica, and major international programmes. With a background spanning CTO governance, executive reporting, risk management, vendor accountability, and cross-functional coordination, Juan is skilled at translating complex technical and operational challenges into clear, decision-ready insight for senior stakeholders. Through Neo Asteri, he contributes to the development of informed policy conversations that connect industry, government, and the wider space community around the priorities shaping the future of space security, resilience, and collaboration. Juan also holds an Executive MBA from Oxford Saïd Business School, bringing a strong strategic and commercial perspective to his policy work.
